Just a follow-up.....

I upgraded to 2.77 and latest !TransImp - then converted the
Impression Publisher (4.13) original document to OPro again.

Same problem (and same solution) - so I guess it is something not
right in the conversion or the particular graphics are odd in some
way.

I'm still puzzled by the strange, unwanted resizing of the drawfile
graphics though. This time I saved the screenshots from the
Impression original; deleted them from the OPro version; saved,
closed and re-opened the OPro version (now without the offending
graphics); then dragged in the drawfiles. (This got rid of the
printing issue.

Both loaded at 70.55% size - in the original & OPro conversion they
were 100%. (There is plenty of space for 100%, if we are talking
about the bounding box visible in !Draw.)

Interestingly, OPro was a tad bolshie about me trying to resize them
to 100% and once said it had to quit due to a problem whilst I was
doing it. But next time it accepted the change OK. Printing was still
OK.

I sounds like the graphics have something odd about them but they are
straight screenshots from !Paint.

The issue is puzzling rather than a show-stopper.
