Yes, they do, but only if you use the default settings of 90dpi. If 
you go to 360dpi you can see the error. It is not surprising that the 
error only occurs starting from a certain minimum resolution because 
after all, its wording indicates that it is a coordinate overflow 
problem.

I can confirm that the error IS from GDraw, the Computer Concepts Draw 
rendering module. Confirming that suspicion is easy: Simply kill GDraw 
before starting to print and printing succeeds without any error. 
Then, load GDraw and print again and you see the error message.

So, the interesting question is: How is GDraw involved? It is only 
directly called by ArtWorks and AWRender when rendering ArtWorks 
files, but it also hooks into the Draw module when printing, so it is 
possible that something goes wrong with that. I will investigate.
