You need a template editor.  I use WinEd but there are others, which
some people prefer.

I simply expanded the "main" window template to its maximum size and
re-saved the Templates file -- after having taken a safety copy of the
original, of course!  I never burn my boats/bridges/whatever  :-)

If you fancy having a go yourself, feel free.  Otherwise I can send you
my modified Templates file if you wish.  Just ask me off-list and it's
yours, at no extra charge!
