OK, Clive sent me an example and the error is large - so nothing to do with pixel rounding etc. I've investigated and it is a bug. I think the problem has arisen because of differences in the Acorn and Windows C compilers.

The problem is in text formatting, so you'll have to force a "reflow" of the text. If only one line is a problem just delete a character and put it back, to reflow the whole document make a change to the bodytext style, close the edit style window, and then go back and put the style back to what it was, I suggest changing the background colour of text.
