OK, I can arrange that ...
Anyway my suggestion is to turn on direct PostScript output, and view the results (on a PostScript printer or GhostScript/GSView). OPW's direct PostScript works at much higher resolution.
Thanks for the suggestion. However ... with Direct PostScript on (generic setting) and printing to Acrobat Distiller (version in Acrobat 4) I see no difference (I'll make this available, too).
