[softwarelist] OP RISC OS Colour Supplement 1.16

Hi,
It has been pointed out to me, that the scrolling pane in the print screen window of Ovation Pro for RISC OS is floating around detached from the screen window.
This is controlled by the template file in the colour supplement. I've corrected it in a new version at:

If you've not noticed this problem I wouldn't bother about upgrading.
