[softwarelist] Mail Merge options

Am now using mailmerge with Ovation Pro by calling my mailmerge document from
software. Have discovered that on the windows version the printer is not
remembered even if set and saved. This means that it is necessary to go to
print, select the printer and use set before entering mailmerge.

The operation would be simplified if maimerge had similar options to print and
in particular was able to select the printer.

This is not a problem with RISCOS because the printer is easily selected from
the system at the icon bar.

I would add that the whole procedure is vastly simpler that when using mailmerge
in WORD - so perhaps I shouldn't complain!
