I don't think you are the GrumpMaster, rather the HelpMaster. I won't 
bother posting problems anymore I'll just send them to you!!!

Nothing ventured etc I tried downloading the update patch and applying 
it and lo and behold I have my registered version back.

I know this sounds like an excuse but a recent change of hard drive 
meant I didn't have my normal complete backup - guess what I am going 
to do this morning!!!
