[softwarelist] Loading problem

If I open and then save a document when loading it again to reports that
it Windows cannot find the document etc..
Neither can I load any old files:-(
I have done something which prevents me loading a saved OP W file it was
all due to Fusion 11 not be able to be run, as it needed full control
and UAC turned on and run as administrator which took ages to solve.
I have not tried to reload OP W yet as I prefer to solve the problem
first so I do not do it again.
I have Vista computer and running the latest version.
