Interesting; though I don't seem to have had this problem myself, using
the same combination for website updating.  The versions I have are:

Ovation Pro : 2.77

FTPc : 1.41

SiteMatch : 1.13

As I am currently producing several quite large and fairly complex
documents in OvPro (all over 10 MB in size, in case that is relevant) it
does seem that I am putting at least /some/ pressure on the system here,
so I wonder whether it really is SiteMatch/FTPc that are the issue: they
might be more in the way of a symptom than a cause, I suspect.
