Interesting and correctly observed. Different to my initial text file. 
I cannot trace the origin of these faults but now observe the 
following:

1) The 1st paragraph should have stated " .... 45pt + 20% of 45pt 
gives 54pt." As it is now the document 05_Format is corrupt. Trying to 
use CS_Q to change the 54 to 45 leads to miniature 5 and a 
disappearing 4. You can reverse this and 54 appears again.
  I have the manual as a single document. If in this document I try to 
proceed as stated in the preceding paragraph, OvationPro hangs. One 
needs Alt-Break (on the Iyonix) to regain control of the computer.

So somewhere something went wrong with the production of paragraph 5.
