I'm not sure, having read what has been said, then yes, I presume so.

Well, the printers told me that the print quality was reduced because there
were layers in the original files. This caused some of the layers (i.e;
Jack!) to be pushed to the back and there fore only appear as grey scale.

Well, this is what I would have thought, but the new printer, having seen
issue 1 and it's files, as well as the files for issue 2, believes that
they will be able to help more if the files are sent to them in EPS.
