I would be surprised as it dates from Oct 1996. It adds "Insert 
filename" to the Applets menu and works with OP version 2.77.

Insert filename is mentioned in Appendix E to the manual. Alas, it is 
missing in the Index.

You can also find it if you open the Macros menu and then select 
"Key". True for OP and OPi.
