One of our members is trying to import Impression Publisher files into
the Ovation Pro for Windows, but is having problems with the Artworks
files inside the Impression file.
I wonder what the problem is?
Artworks files are not supported on Windows - that means they will not
appear, but there should be no problems.
One way of improving on this, is to use Ovation Pro on RISC OS to
generate a "proxy image", rather than the usual low resolution image,
choose a higher resolution.
This amounts to converting ArtWorks to bitmap. I think there are stand
alone Artworks to Sprite programs for RISC OS. So you could use that
with Impression.
Perhaps ArtWorks offers a save as Draw file function.
