Yes, when you create/alter an Impression 'chapter' you have the
option to 're-start' both its chapter number and page number. If you,
say, change several consecutive chapter numbers to be the same and do
not re-start the chapter number at 1 each time, the visible/printed
chapter numbering will stay the same and the page numbering will run
consecutively throughout - and any indexing will reflect this. (See
Dr Wimp Manual as an example.)
