When i tried the original GIF on ChangeFSI I got the message 
"ChangeFSI may have gone wrong" etc.

The poor quality of the original scan seems to be emphasised when put 
in OP. The background seems intrusively "pixellated" (if I'm not 
talking nonsense), as though the wee Nigerians were on a background of 
embossed wallpaper.
