I can in no way reproduce your problem.

Some ideas:

You do have OvPro version 2.77 (2-June-2006)?

Do you have the latest versions of the applets installed?

One option. Download all applets and install them anew.

Another (drastic) option:
Place/Keep a copy of your !Macros in a safe place (as you are going
to overwrite this file). Now open the Macros window (Menu>Misc) and
deselect all macros (with the possible exception of the macros button
- an capital M with a blue pencil). Click the Save button, close down
and rerun OvPro. Try making the frames you believe lead to a crash. If
the problem has vanished some or other applet, activated by the
original macros file, is possibly corrupt, or a macro.
Re-install the macro's from your copy (say 5 lines at a time) and
test again. Etc.

On the other hand if the problem remains I suggest you re-install
OvPro from scratch (keep a copy of your !Macros file and User
dictionaries!!) and install the applets fresh from the website.

It is a bit far fetched to believe a dictionary might be the cause.
But I have known problems in the *early* days of OvPro resulting in
corrupted dictionaries and thus causing problems with OvPro. One way
to check if your (user) dictionary (started a long time ago) is in
order is to take a text copy (file it in a safe place), load this in
OvPro (4 or 5 columns) and then do a wordcheck. If faults come up you
have a faulty dictionary. Delete it.
The manual explains how to create new dictionaries (and this is where
you use the filed text copy of your dictionary to re-install the
dictionary you just deleted).

Sorry, no more ideas now...

Merry Xmas & a Happy New Year,
