[softwarelist] DplngScan 1.24 for RISC OS

Hi,

I've just uploaded version 1.24 of !DPlngScan for RISC OS.

Two changes. The skew feature no longer crashes - an interesting one since it appears to have come in with the move to 32 bits, looks like a compiler problem, and no one noticed until a few weeks back. 

Second the accuracy of the colour balance window has been improved.
