I suspect it would be rather easier for you to find the word than it
would be for me (and that's intended as a compliment)!

I don't want the lines to move with the text; the sub-heading would be
at the top of the page.

Thanks for that, David (Alt+Shift Drag). I'd not realised until now
that one could copy a frame within a document that way.
I've also found:
Alt+Shift Drag _moves_ a frame between documents.
Alt Drag _copies_ a frame between documents.
Alt Drag can move a frame across pages within a document.
Alt+Shift Drag can copy a frame across pages within a document.
(And having just done a RTFM I can't find that information!)
