Go to Menu>Page>Edit master pages and select.
Once master pages have opened
Go to Menu>Page>Page guidelines
and the page size can be altered, either using predefined page sizes,
or going to other and entering the sizes.
Unfortunately, it has to be done for each chapter which is a bit of a
pain with 12 chapters in the document. The default master frame may
need altering if the new page size is smaller than the current one.
