It is good practice for mailing lists to include unsubscription 
information with every posting. For my lists, I have set up a footer 
file, so the following lines are added to every posting:

------------------------------------------------------------
    To change, suspend or cancel your subscription go to
                   <web interface address>
------------------------------------------------------------

There is an e-mail interface but it should be straightforward using 
the web interface.
