I've printed it successfully on Windows and RISC OS - it comes out looking just like it does on screen - correct.
Having seen the file, I have an idea, the border maybe outside the print margins, oddly I only saw this because print margins are turned on in the document. 

Quick fix, click on "Fit" in the print dialogue.
