Sounds like you do not have the ArtWorks applet installed.
Run OP, then in a TaskWindow, type:
*Show OvationPro$ArtWorks
It should display "1".
You should find !OArtWrks in !OvnPro.Applets (and there should not be
a red cross through the icon). The latest version of the ArtWorks
applet is 1.12. You find the version information in the applet's Info
file.
