I've certainly spotted a number of these in my ISP's spam folder when
I've been checking for false positives.
Just because the From: address belongs to the old list doesn't
necessarily mean the spam is originating from one of Neil's PC's. If
they are coming from an infected PC, the From: address could be
hijacked from either an address book or the header of an email stored
on the affected PC.
It is quite possible that the trojaned (is there such a word?) PC
which may turn out to be the source does belong to a Windows using
list member. I would strongly suggest that any list member using a PC
keeps Anti Virus and Anti Spyware software up to date and runs regular
checks on their systems.
