Thank you for this notice.
Is the deadline a postmakr deadline or receipt of all materials deadline?
May we enclose a DVD of materials rather than a CD for the Art installation
submission?
Thank you.

Quoting Debra Cash <debracash@xxxxxxx>:
Dear dance-tech colleagues,
With apologies for any cross-posting, I am writing to invite you to submit
a proposal to the upcoming Participatory Design Conference to be held in
Italy this coming summer.
The conference includes an "arts track" cosponsored by the local art museum
where performers can present either completed works or works in progress
that specifically incorporate participatory processes, whether that is in
the creation of the work or during the event(s) itself (or some combination
thereof!). You may also want to look at the guidelines for presenting
workshops.
Please note that this is not a "cyberart" conference per se. Participatory
processes, and critical reflection on those processes, are what is important.
PDC is a lively conference and an unusual opportunity for artists to meet
informally with socially aware computer and industrial design professionals
who work at the "leading edge" of technological development.
For more information, feel free to contact me, but also cc your emails to
the committee at art@xxxxxxxxxxx
The deadline is looming, so get your proposals in as soon as possible.
Best wishes,
Debra Cash
