[ctw] Statement of Purpose

Although this list is primarily directed at people who want to participate with CTW: ASSP, we welcome all who are using ASSP on OSX to participate in our participatory community to trade ideas, settings and other information that solve users problems, increases the performance of ASSP, and to trade addons and improvements for OSX users.
