You need to create a host that EIMS does not think is local (unless you are 
feeding both outbound and inbound through assp).

I created assp.oitc.com which is NOT listed in EIMS as a local domain. 
assp.oitc.com points to assp port 25. So spam is sent to assp-spam@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
