I regret to inform you that George Schmidt, father of Eric Schmidt
(Treasurer of the Connecticut Blues Society), passed away last Saturday
(Oct 1), at the age of 90. George had retired from Pratt & Whitney and was
in the Navy during WWII. He is survived by his wife Jeanette and a large
family.
The family will receive friends at the Colonial Forastiere Funeral Home on
Thursday (Oct 6), from 4 to 7 PM
