[cseb] Personal Messages on the CSEB ListServe

Hi Everyone

Please don't use the list serve for sending messages to individuals. It
is intended for communications of interest to membership as a whole.
We've had several such messages in connection with the upcoming Ontario
Chapter meeting, which consequently go to all the members in Canada, and
we've had complaints. Normally the webmaster can screen some of the
traffic, but some times it gets by. It's still  appropriate for the
organizers to announce local meetings and give details on the listserve,
but please address your replies or comments directly to the appropriate
individual or meeting organizer, in this case Wendy Thomson
<Wendy.Thomson@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> for the Ontario chapter meeting. If you
