Dear colleague and friend:
  As you know, we held the first edition of "Oceans III Millennium=1D in
Pontevedra (Spain) in April, 2001, with the participation of 350
scientists, 140 oral presentations were made, as well as 47 posters.=20
 In April, 2003, we will he holding the 2nd edition of "Oceans III
Millennium" on the campus of the Universidad de Alicante.(Spain).
 FREE ACCOMODATION
 During the days of the Congress from 22 to 22 of April, free accommodation
with breakfast included is available for 91 people. Preference to grant
accommodation will be given to:
 a. Students and Postgraduates under 35 years, who submit communications
orally or in poster.
 b. Other participants, if space is available. Accommodation will be
offered by chronological order of application to the Iberoamerican
Foundation for the promotion of the Culture ans Science of the Sea ( FOMAR).

 The period for the presentation of speeches is extended until march 30

  SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
 The first 10 people registered who are under 35, that present speeches and
who have paid the registration fee, shall be repaid the same amount for the
days of the Congress, from a subsidy granted by the Spanish Royal Navy=
 League.
