[cseb] CSEB Website Update

I would like CSEB members to know that the website has been recently
updated. Some of the new information you can find on the site includes:
* 2004 conference information;
* Updated contact information;
* Information about the listserv (subscribing/posting etc);
* New membership rates for 2004; and
* Several other small improvements.

Please check out the site at http://www.cseb-scbe.org [the edmonton freenet
site is no longer in use].

If you have any comments or suggestions please feel free to email me, I
