     Please be advised that the COSEWIC Secretariat have posted  a Call
for Applications for membership on the Committee
     on the Status of Endangered Wildlife in Canada (COSEWIC).

     Details of these calls are available on our website
(www.cosewic.gc.ca).

     Also, for your information, we have a feature on our website for
interested parties to register to be
     advised by e-mail of all future calls for applications (including
also membership within the Species
     Specialist Subcommittees) as well as for calls for bids for writing
species status reports which will be
     posted on our website in the near future.  This can be done by
following the instructions contained once
     you click on =E2=80=9CRegistration=E2=80? on the homepage.

and any potential interested parties.
