On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Saskatchewan chapter, I wish =
to make an early announcement of the 2003 CSEB AGM for all CSEB members:

Location: Regina, SK
Date: October 19-21, 2003

Please diarize this date now and plan on attending.  Tentative =
conference title: "Canadian Inland Water Resources".  A formal call for =
papers will be issued shortly.  So far our plans include preconference =
tours, several keynote speakers, hosting poster sessions and providing =
opportunities for socializing and networking. =20
