I primarily use Yahoo for everything...AIM i stay away from and MSN "massacre" 
also...

Nobody I really need to talk to that I dont have their phone number for. :)

   Thought so when you made mention of video or audio problems - Yahoo    works 
pretty much on it's own and AIM is another subject    altogether.

         My sister is currently running 5.1 version of          Instant 
Messenger. This version does not allow the two of us to have a          video 
conversation. It  says her version is too old. BUT, when          she tries to 
install the newer version, It won't accept her passwords          etc.
          
         to get the updated version working should she          completely 
delete the old one first then install the  latest?
         She is using window xp.
         I hope this makes sense to someone? My brain is          out to lunch.
