[CTS] need some help

Hello: I was wondering if someone could give me some instructions how to
transfer winamp media files on a cd. It says you need a wav file to transfer
music on a cd-- how can I convert these winamp media files so I can make a
music cd. I have made data cds but not any music cds this will be my first one
