[CTS] Re: cable terminator (Russ)

They said they had six, was never asked for help and some were just yapping
about personal biz. I found it in the drawers, only one package with two in
them stapled shut.

I did see any improvement. I do not know if it was from that or Comcast. I
forgot to look before installing it. 14/VanDyke is too far for me, unless NO
ONE ELSE carried it around here. But I will keep them in mind. Thanks.
Thank you,
Eric Vogel

  I dont think RadioShack sells those "gazonta's".... K40 Electronics @ 14/Van
Dyke might... :)

At any rate...the RS catalogs (according to what I was told) were a marketing
idea to get people to just come back & stop "stocking up" on catalogs. There
was a coupon that covered what you paid for the catalog (i seem to recall
something about other coupons in one of them too).

They also said (June 1994) that they weren't going to upgrade the POS (point
of sale) systems from the Tandy 3000 386/16mhz systems to anything higher
because their "investment" in those were just about paid for ($5,000/ea was
what I was told if we "lost one"...they upgraded those to P75's in 1995).
WHY am I sharing this?? Stupidity of the corporate world maybe....? :)
