Yeah I've seen them but none of the cable companies use fiber optic, they
use the jacketed line on the poles and then an RG6 drop to a junction and
then punch that stupid hole through the wall - I run all of them into eave
vents, the lip of the plate board at the foundation and if I absolutely have
to go with a wll-thru I use an actual thru bushing to seal and finish the
job, then they come in like they installed it and connect to the overhead
junction and start charging the customer. Only one of my installations has
failed and we found that rats in the crawlspace chewed through the cabling,
not my fault.

cover instead of the real cover.

was loose, that got caught up there or was a cheap make shift cover.
