Thanks Bruce,

I did not know you were in it!! Great beta. I'm in their year round testing
program. MSN Beta Butterflies (Pending name change due to the Windows Live!
(http.ideas.live.com). I think MSN is the top company to beta test for, with
Microsoft comming in on a close second.

You're great! We couldn't build Windows OneCare without you!
That's not all we want to cover here-there's also our new blog
<http://spaces.msn.com/members/windowsonecare/> , the Help Center
<http://beta.windowsonecare.com/support/default.aspx> , and your friends who
might like to join this beta-but your fabulous feedback is the most
important.

Thank you, thank you, thank you
Installing Windows OneCare, testing it, sending us your feedback-it's a big
commitment to do all that. Not only have you taken the time to do this, but
you're doing a fantastic job of it. We literally could not build Windows
OneCare without you. We'd like to thank all of you by name... but that would
be a really, really long e-mail. So here are just a few of the many testers
who are making the Windows OneCare beta a success:

*       Eric Vogel
*       Bart Robinson
*       Bill Metelsky
*       Randy Rich
*       David Guess

Please keep that feedback coming! It will be more valuable than ever as we
develop our next set of enhancements.

How to send feedback
To make sure we keep that great feedback coming in, here's a recap of the
best ways to get it to us.

*       Surveys
We recently sent out a survey that many of you completed (thank you!), and
will soon be sending out another. Surveys are really helpful to us because
they focus on specific issues our developers need to know about. In a few
weeks we'll be sending out another survey via e-mail. Please take a few
moments to fill it out; our gratitude, as ever, will be boundless!

*       Submit a bug
The Submit a Bug form is the best way to send us bug reports and also
feature requests. Please remember to attach your support logs with any bug
reports; the support logs are the best way for us to diagnose any issue you
encounter. To get to the bug form:

1.       Go to http://beta.microsoft.com/.

2. Sign in with your Passport Network credentials.

3. Click the Windows OneCare Live group.

4. Point to Submit a Bug on the top menu bar, then click Windows
OneCare Live.

5. Fill out the form, and make sure to attach your support log.
(Instructions for generating and attaching a support log are on the site.)

* Post on the Windows <http://spaces.msn.com/members/windowsonecare/>
OneCare blog
Our new blog <http://spaces.msn.com/members/windowsonecare/> is your direct
line to the product team, weekly scoop on new features, and free soda.
(Okay, there's no free soda, but the blog is still great.) The blog is
public, so make sure to read the non-disclosure agreement before posting
there. Check it out at http://spaces.msn.com/members/windowsonecare/.

If you need help, check out the Windows
<http://beta.windowsonecare.com/support/default.aspx>  OneCare Help Center
The last thing we want is for you to get frustrated with Windows OneCare, so
if you have any problems at all, please allow us to help you. You can find
answers to most common questions along with troubleshooting tips in the
Windows OneCare Help <http://beta.windowsonecare.com/support/default.aspx>
Center. To use the Help Center:

1.       Go to http://beta.windowsonecare.com/support/default.aspx.

2. Sign in with your Passport Network credentials.

Know anyone who'd like to join the public
<http://www2.imagine-msn.com/minisites/onecare/Default.aspx>  beta?
Very soon now, we'll be opening Windows OneCare Live Beta to the public. If
you know someone who'd like to try out Windows OneCare, please send them to
www.ideas.live.com <http://www.ideas.live.com/>  to learn more and/or sign
up for <http://www2.imagine-msn.com/minisites/onecare/Default.aspx>  the
beta.

What's the difference between Windows OneCare Live and Windows Live Safety
Center <http://safety.live.com> ?
You might have heard about another beta we're running called Windows Live
Safety Center <http://safety.live.com> . If you're wondering what the
difference is, here's the deal: Windows Live Safety Center
<http://safety.live.com> is an on-demand service that gives you free PC
health and security scans, but it does not offer the continuous protection,
monitoring, and automated tune-up features that Windows OneCare does. Once
installed on your PC, Windows OneCare Live runs continuously in the
background, offering persistent, always-on security protection and PC
maintenance that generally does not require any action on your part. For
more info, check out www.ideas.live.com.

Thanks again for all you do!
