With procmail (or what ever Alabanza has for mail, I forget off hand)
the mail can get 'stuck' if the user doesn't clean out a mailbox.
It gets 'stuck' if a mailbox gets over 6megs of mail.

this happened when I forgot that OE was set to leave mail on server.

the solution on un-sticking the mail was for me to ftp in and empty the
mail that way. Host-Smart tech help was notorious for not answering
a help request for several days. Host-Smart is a good price but lousy
service...and they ripped off everyone I know who had referrals.

That's why I wanted my own box.
Now I gotta learn how to admin it myself
Thanks
David
