But most real-world customers aren't going to think about that.
It's going to be "So, linux does not support my nice-looking
new printer, while Windows does?  Windows must be much better 
than linux then!"

I know it's frustrating, but that is usually going to be the 
customers viewpoint, and the sales guy is going to encourage that 
because he might be able to get the extra $100 out of the customer.

Hey, have you heard anything about the trial lately?  The 
verdict was this huge headline for a couple of days, and now
suddenly, nothing.  Do you have any good urls which track this?  

I wonder if Microsoft's attorneys are going to appeal this 
for so long the verdict isn't going to matter.
