Hi John, thanks for replying so fast there. :)
I neglected to mention that I did turn that on
last time, at the same time as disabling PnP,
and it worked (until now).
How about this:
* PnP off
* Reset configuration turned off
I'll try that and then reinstall the drivers,
and reboot (yet again). Gosh I've rebooted
at least a dozen times already today ... staying
unusually calm about it though. :)
