Unfortunately, I am the tech support person - a psychology undergrad, who is
now pursuing computer science and a programming career. The computer is now
on the network. I actually had to move the port's connector from one port to
another on the hub and magically it began to work.
As an aside, where I work - in a non-profit org - it is often difficult to
get experienced and highly-skilled technical people. The crazy thing is -
that we are trying desperately to bridge the digital/economic divide here,
but all this organization can attract is people on the way to a better deal,
myself included. There is an excellent article that I read once called,
"Linux in Higher Education: Open Source, Open Minds, Social Justice" -
http://www2.linuxjournal.com/articles/currents/017.html. Is there anyone
that is interested in speaking about the GNU movement and what it means to
Social Justice/Digital Divide in our conference in New Orleans. I'll let
anyone who is interested in on the details if they contact me a

Ok, cool. Once the MS version works, you can probably put client32 back
on. Don't you guys have any tech support people?
