Hi Bruno, when you wrote_ know your enemy
that was my sentiment precisely
digging up info on how to do that kinda stuff, to learn how to detect/defend
against
has gottn me lots of trojan/viri and frustration
its takn me to the underwrld of inet ya know its been said the some of the
porn web devleopers
are the cutting edge of
web design, and the ecommerce people are studying how to do that popup and
redirect stuff for their
ad campaigns

the worst part of my learning curve has been stuff like boot sector virui
cant be empiricle without a known clean boot disk- without that how do i know
which prog was
carrying the offending trojan

hey, this Steve Gibson guy is currently the darling of the windz tech hlp
community
that gives him a lot of power- absolute power corrupts absolutely
how secure are windoze boxes, if Steve Gibson is nsa? or cia disinformation
tool?

that's because the link has been cut off at a certain number of
characters (by you emailprogram). Just copy the two lines to
notepad,
add them together by eliminating the enter after the first line,
and
  copy again.

quite interesting read... not that I learned something new
[yeah..; can
happen :-) ], but it's nice to know that people are learning...
BO (and BO 2k) are quite interesting tools... i checked them out. I
do
disadvise to use them, but "know your enemy" is always great. I
could do
anything on the targeted pc (with permission of course), from
rebooting,
sniffing passwords, taking a dump from the screen, recording
keystrokes,
yes even record a movie from the screen. scary indeed...
