You're sending messages in the "Quoted-Printable" format.
Quoted-Printable will automatically insert "soft" line
breaks which are = signs.

I see you're using OE5, you should be able to fix this 
by doing Tools -> Options -> the Send tab -> Plain Text
Settings buttons.  Under the MIME settings, you want to 
have it encode text using "none".
