[COMP] Re: Microsoft to change support options

Well... They don't make a US$19BN revenue by being generous do they?

Really doesn't surprise me, I thought it was already like that anyway?

I called MS once, bought MS golf and it crashed on the 9th hole if you hit
the ball into the water. I wanted the free support that was advertised all
over the packaging - but they wouldn't give me any until I gave them my
credit card number (which I didn't do because I don't have one anyway) -
they wanted to charge $30 for the support.

I just hung up, and searched some stuff on the Internet to no avail, so we
took the software back for a refund - it was crap anyway.
