[COMP] Microsoft to change support options

As of Sept 14, you're going to be paying Microsoft $35/incident for
anything more than 2 support calls for Office and Windows. And that's
only *if* you pay the extra for the retail/upgrade versions; buy from a PC
dealer, and you have to go through him for support.
