[COMP] Hello again

Well, after yelling at GTE for two weeks, I finally got a man on the inside
through a mutual friend to look at the problem.  And *magically,* one day
later, everything works.  What ticks me off is that I'm paying about twice the
ordinary cost for this service to have business priority and static IP's, and I
don't even know how long it would've taken to get things working had I not
gotten someone's attention.  

Anyway, everything should be back up and running smoothly now.  Please let me
know if you have any problems.
