What really made me bring this up is that I've had interviews for
two gigs in the past month where the SysAdmins went nuts.  After
giving their SysAdmins notice, they didn't know to walk them out
the door on the spot -- they let them keep working for two weeks.

Two weeks with root.

So these guys did all kinds of scripting etc., apparently installed
rootkits, scripts to do things like make random servers stop responding
at random intervals etc. etc. full revenge.

I guess it's partially the fault of the people at these companies
for not walking them out the door immediately and giving them their
check at the door.  But at the same time there is no organization
they can call to submit a complaint.

Seems like everywhere you go nowadays it's, "Are you an MCSE?!",
whereas for Linpeople there is no equivalent (at least not that
I know of).
