Ouch that sucks. I did use GTE for a 56k ISP back in the day and it
always worked and was real nice. It sounds like their ADSL isn't bugged
out yet. When you 'bazaar' style your ISP you might want the public
users to be able to debug the system instead of having corporate techs
that don't know what to fix or how to fix it quickly and effiecently.
It's not important to them. It's going to be more and more of a problem
for big companies as technology progresses at such a breakneck speed.
They lack the expertise that smaller more individualistic companies
have.
