Hoax Causes Havoc
Have you received an e-mail warning of a 5-cent surcharge collected by your
Internet Service Provider? READ BELOW:
Roy Betts, manager of media relations for the Postal Service, set the record
straight for reporters: "It's obviously a hoax." Those tempted to believe
this nonsense should visit the House of Representatives Website and search
House Bills for "Bill 602P" or any reference to "email tax." Check the List
of Representatives for a "Congressman Tony Schnell." You won't find them,
because they don't exist.
